one of my favourite sethic notions is that
"we are no victims".
... I try to remember this fact whenever I feel angry,
annoyed, saddened, offended, fearful, distressed ...

"if it's not fun, then don't do it"
... is the suggestion I find most challenging!

I try to integrate as best I can Seth's ideas such as:
